INGREDIENTS

  • – Steak cowl 2 kg.

PROCEDURE:
1. Creole steaks: Lower the bell pepper into strips, the potatoes into cubes and the onion into julienne strips.
2. Brown the meat in olive. Reserve.
3. Sauté the onion and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf.
4. Add the diced tomato. Cowl with tomato puree and broth. Add the meat and potatoes.
