CRIOLLA-STYLE STEAKS with papines and plenty of greens to take pleasure in a scrumptious dish with meat, heat and easy
PROCEDURE:
1. Minimize the steaks 1 cm and brown them on each side. Take away, add oil and make the julienne greens clear together with the smoked bacon, additionally chopped.
2. Deglaze with the wine and add the tomatoes and somewhat of the broth and the seasonings.
