Bibimbap

INGREDIENTS

  • Carne:
  • Minced meat 200gr.
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Chopped garlic 1 clove.
  • Greens and others:
  • Spinach 1 bundle.
  • Bean sprouts 1 handful.
  • Mushrooms 1 cup.
  • Carrot 1 unit.
  • Japanese fashion cooked rice 3 cups.
  • Eggs 3 to 4 items.
  • Salsa bibimbap:
  • Gochujang 2 cdas.
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Water 1 tbsp.
  • Toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp.
  • Alcohol vinegar 1 tsp.
  • Ajo picado1 cdta.

PROCEDURE:
1.Marinate the minced meat with the remainder of the components in a bowl.
