INGREDIENTS
- – 3 medium beets.
- – Cream cheese 2 tbsp.
- – Lemon juice c/n.
- – Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- – Salt to style.
PROCEDURE:
1. Wash the beets and prepare dinner them in a pot of boiling water.
2. Peel them, minimize them into cubes, add the cream cheese and a splash of lemon juice. Course of them till you obtain a homogeneous combination.
3. Season with salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Let cool within the fridge for an hour.
