BEET AND YAMANÍ RICE BURGERS

INGREDIENTS

  • – Yamani rice 250 g.
  • – Roasted beets 2 items.
  • – Onion 1 unit chopped.
  • – Egg 1 unit.
  • – Grated garlic.
  • – Oregano, salt and pepper.
  • – Cappuccino lettuce.
  • – Grated mozzarella.
  • – Tomato.
  • Dressing:
  • – Mayonnaise 200 g.
  • – Mustard 100 g.
  • – Peppers.
  • – Vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • – Shortened cucumber.
  • – ¼ uncooked onion.

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare dinner the yamaní rice slightly overcooked.

2. Boil the beets in salted water.
