BEEF BOURGUIGNON

INGREDIENTS

  • – Smoked bacon 200 g

Bœuf bourguignon is a conventional recipe of French delicacies. It owes its title to its two fundamental components: meat and wine, two emblematic merchandise of Burgundy.

PROCEDURE:
