- – White couverture chocolate 150 g
- – Fondant 250 g
- – Banana essence c/n
- – Yellow dye c/n
- – Impalpable sugar 125 g
- For the BANANITAS bathtub:
- – Milk chocolate bathtub 400 g
- – Protection with milk 100 g
- – Non-obligatory Cocoa butter 40 g
- For the MInts:
- – White couverture chocolate 150 g
- – Fondant 250 g
- – Mint essence c/n
- – Impalpable sugar 125 g
- For the MINT bathtub:
- – Darkish Chocolate Tub 400 g
- – Semi-bitter topping 100 g
- – Non-obligatory Cocoa butter 40 g
From the home made kiosk in your own home
PROCEDURE:
1. Soften the white protection.
2. Soften the fondant.
3. Place the fondant in a bowl, add the icing and essence.
4. Knead as you add powdered sugar, should you combine colour at the moment.
5. Stretch to 0.5 cm thickness.
6. Minimize 3cm diameter discs. Let it air.
