Banana Pudding

For these instances when there are some stale bananas left at house, an easy and economical banana pudding recipe.

Substances

1 ½ cups 0000 flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup of cinnamon
½ cup of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
½ cup (roughly 100 cc) of impartial oil (sunflower or corn)
3 very ripe bananas
½ cup grated coconut, or chopped nuts (non-compulsory)

Preparation

– Mash the bananas nicely with a fork.
– Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and coconut or walnuts.
– Beat the eggs with the sugar very nicely, till the combination may be very white and fluffy.
– Add the oil in a thread and proceed beating.
– Combine the bananas and cease beating.
– Gently combine the flour twice, with a spatula.
– Put the combination in a greased and floured pudding pan.
– Bake in a medium-low oven for 45 minutes to an hour.

This pudding lasts a number of days within the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap.
