INGREDIENTS

- – Dulce de leche pastry chef 100 g.

- – Flour 300 g.
- – Banana 2 models.
- – Rolled oats 150 g.
- – Baking powder 2 tsp.
- Streusel:
- – Sugar 50 g.
- – Butter 50 g.
- – Flour 50 g.
- – Avena 50 g.
BANANA MUFFINS with dulce de leche, oats, black sugar and struesel
PROCEDURE:
1. Beat butter with sugar.
2. Add eggs and diced bananas.
3. Individually, sift flour with baking powder and salt.
4. Add the dry elements to the smoothie alternating with the milk and oats.
5. Place a spoonful of dough in small bowls or molds, place a spoonful of dulce de leche within the middle, and canopy with extra dough.
6. For the struesel Mix the butter with the sugar and flour, utilizing your fingers to type lumps with out ending combining the dough.
7. Cowl the muffins with the struesel.
8. Bake at 180ºC for 15 to twenty minutes.
