- – Sunflower oil 125 cc.

- – Almonds 75 g toasted and chopped.
- – Corn flour 40 g.
- – 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- – 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- – Eggs 2 models.
- – Sugar 130 g.
- – Lemon zest 1 unit.
- – Milk 80 cc.

PROCEDURE:
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Oil and flour the dish. 3. In a bowl, combine the flour, chopped almonds, corn flour, salt and baking powder. 2. Then again, beat the eggs with the sugar and zest for about 3 minutes till white. Add the oil little by little after which the flour mixtures in three batches. 3. Pour onto the platter and place slices of peel with pores and skin and the crumble on high. 4. Bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes.
