BALCARCE CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • – Sugar 180 g.
  • – Eggs 6 models.
  • – Vanilla essence.
  • – Flour 180 g.
  • Chantilly cream:
  • – Milk cream 500 cc.
  • – Sugar 100 g.
  • – 500 g of dulce de leche.
  • – Cracked walnuts and dry meringues.
  • – Impalpable sugar.

BALCARCE CAKE the temptation of many with this spectacular recipe to take pleasure in plenty of dulce de leche and meringue

PROCEDURE:
1. Beat the sugar with the eggs and vanilla essence.
2. Add the flour in elements with the encompassing spatula.
3. Put within the 22 cm hoops.

5. Beat the cream with the 100 grams of sugar.
