BAKED VACUUM INJECTED WITH POTATOES We clear up the menu for you with this spectacular dish!
PROCEDURE:
1. For the vacuum minimize the greens and place on a tray with a little bit wine, garlic and a little bit thyme and rosemary.
2. Inject the vacuum with wine and embed just a few cloves of garlic, salt it and place it on the greens and cook dinner within the clay oven in a low oven for two hours.
3. For the potatoes, boil them for 10 minutes
4. Crush it and cook dinner on a sheet or pan. Season and brown, grill the provoleta and serve with the potatoes and the vacuum.
