BAKED PACU WITH MANGO CRIOLLA delight your self with this beautiful dish and revel in a scrumptious river fish.
PROCEDURE:
1. Reduce the pacú within the center.
2. Put the pacú on a plate with a rack beneath to launch the fats.
3. Add one pink onion and one white onion reduce in half, garlic cloves, olive oil
4. Make a chimichurri by placing pink and inexperienced pepper, aguarybay, roasted garlic (wrapped in aluminum foil and baked), ardour fruit pulp, rosemary and thyme in a mortar. Brush the fish with this combination and add olive oil. You too can add some lemon slices.
