PROCEDURE:
1. For the ocean bass, combine the garlic, pepper, chopped parsley, brunoise onion, olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Make 3 cuts within the pores and skin of the fish on each side.
3. Make a mattress with the fennel and cherrys plus the contemporary herbs.
