INGREDIENTS
- – Complete rooster 1 complete piece.
- – Garlic 1 head chopped.
- – Manteca ointment 200 g.
- – Paprika 50 g.
- – Thyme 1 unit.
- Garrison:
- – Asparagus 2 tied.
- – Tomate 4 unid.
- – Mushrooms 8 items.
- – Fruit 3 items (apple or pear).
- – Nuts (walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts).
- French dressing:
- – Lemon juice.
- – Olive oil.
BAKED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES
PROCEDURE:
1. Place rooster on a plate, paint with garlic butter, thyme and paprika. Season.
2. Place the combination within the oven for one hour and quarter-hour, in a medium oven, in search of an excellent temperature so the pores and skin is crispy.
Garrison:
1. Reduce asparagus into halves, tomatoes into 4ths. Complete mushrooms, fruit in 4ths, 1 mjo spinach leaves.
2. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Warmth iron. Prepare dinner till golden on either side.
4. Reserve.
French dressing:
1. Squeeze a sealed lemon on the grill that we made the greens.
