PROCEDURE
1. For the marinade, place the lemon juice in a bowl and blend with the grated garlic, mustard, ketchup, chopped herbs (thyme, rosemary), honey and seasonings. Combine effectively.
2. For the hen, separate the pores and skin from the meat and place the lemon slices and marinate.
3. Sit the hen on the beer can (in half and wrapped in aluminum foil) and place it within the medium oven for 1 hour.
4. Brush the hen with the marinade each 15/20 minutes
5. For the candy potatoes, wash and minimize into slices with pores and skin on and place on a plate with slightly oil and bake within the oven till cooked.
6. Combine the lemon juice, zest and chopped mint. Season.
7. Serve the hen with the candy potatoes and the lemon-mint combination.
