BAKED CHICKEN AT 40 GARLIC

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 complete rooster.
  • – 2 sprigs of Thyme.
  • – 2 Laurel leaves.
  • – 40 cloves of garlic with pores and skin (roughly 4 heads).
  • – Oily butter.
  • – Coarse salt.
  • – Crushed peppercorns.
  • Garrison:
  • – Papa.
  • – Corn.
  • – Onion.
  • – Potato.
  • – Pumpkin.
  • – Cabutia.
  • – Carrot.
