INGREDIENTS
- – A batch of Black Hake 200/230 g.
- – Vegetable broth 500 cc.
- – Sal marina.
- – Black pepper.
- – Papas.
- – Lemon.
- – Olive oil.
- – Parsley.
Spectacular BAKED BLACK HAKE WITH NATURAL POTATOES to take pleasure in an excellent dish with fish!
PROCEDURE:
1. Put the black hake in a small tray with the broth as much as half of the hake. Season with slightly salt, and place in a scorching oven at 200ºC for quarter-hour. Examine with a stick (if it comes out with out resistance it’s prepared!).
2. Plate and season with floor pepper.
3. Accompany the hake with pure potatoes, with damaged and gratin pores and skin, olive oil, salt and parsley. You’ll be able to serve on a mirror of lemon cream.
