INGREDIENTS
- – Sugar 8 tablespoons.
- – Honey 8 tablespoons.
- – Cinnamon 1 teaspoon.
- – Nutmeg 1 pinch.
- – Ginger powder 1 pinch.
- – Rolled oats 8 teaspoons.
- – Walnuts 16 u.
- – Raisins16 u.
- – Salt 1 pinch.
- – Butter 8 teaspoons.
- – Triple sec liqueur 16 tablespoons.
- – Water c/n to cowl 1 cm of the roasting pan.
- For meeting:
- – Vanilla ice cream ¼ kg.
1.Combine all of the filling components besides the water and liquor.
2.Reduce the highest “lid” a part of the apple about 2 cm.
3. Hole out with a spoon, knife, corer or noise maker.
4.Fill every apple and place the “lid”.
5.Sprinkle with somewhat sugar, add a contact of additional butter to every apple and add 1 cm of water to the apple container (dish or roasting pan).
6.Cook dinner over medium warmth (170ºc) for 30 to 40 minutes or till the apples are cooked.
7.Serve with vanilla ice cream.
