These tartlets will be ready with empanada discs, by which case you have to a dozen, or with half puff pastry dough.
Preparation of the half puff pastry dough

Harina, ½ Ok.
Butter, 250 g.

Elaboration
– Sift the flour

– Lower discs no bigger than 10 cm in diameter.
For the tartlets
Components
