APPLE PIE

INGREDIENTS

  • Stuffed:
  • – Inexperienced apple 5 items.
  • – 1 handful of raisins.
  • – Sugar 4 tbsp.
  • – Butter 3 tbsp.
  • – 1 cinnamon stick
  • – Cornstarch 2 tbsp.
  • Deck:
  • – Flour 200 g.
  • – Butter 150 g.
  • – Sugar 150 g.
  • – Eggs 1 unit.
  • – Buds 1 unit.
  • – Milk 125 cc.
  • At your service:
  • – Whipped cream.
  • – Ask.

A scrumptious possibility for a snack is that this APPLE CAKE with whipped cream and mint .

PROCEDURE:
1. Minimize the apples into cubes of roughly 2 x 2 cm. Add sugar, cinnamon powder and cornstarch and raisins.
2. Sauté the apple with a bit butter.
3. Place in a high-sided, oven-safe glass or greased stone container.
4. Sandblast with flour, butter and sugar.
5. Combine the eggs with the milk. Combine it into the sandblasting.
6. Cowl the fruit with this combination.
7. Bake at reasonable temperature (170ºC) till golden.
8. Serve with whipped cream.
