INGREDIENTS
- – 3 inexperienced apples.

- – 2 eggs.

- – 400 g of 0000 flour.
- – 1 tbsp baking powder.
- – 2 tbsp cinnamon powder. If you’re not an enormous cinnamon lover, scale back the portions.
- – Sugar to sprinkle c/n.
- – Impalpable sugar (non-obligatory).
APPLE CAKE a traditional that we love with this scrumptious recipe that doesn’t include butter!!
PROCEDURE:
1. In a bowl, beat the oil with the sugar. Add the eggs and combine properly.
2. Sift the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon. Combine the dry substances, alternating with the water.
