INGREDIENTS
- Biscuit:
- Apples 8 u.
- Sugar 130 g
- Cider 1 bottle
- Sugar 330gr
- Butter 230 g
- Flour 360 g
- Egg 1 giant
- Honey 240 g
- Milk 240 ml
- Baking soda 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 2 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Further sugar for sprinkling
- Crema chantilly

1-For the apples, peel and minimize into small quarters. Prepare dinner with the cider till the cider is diminished. Add the sugar and prepare dinner over low warmth till tender, not falling aside.
2-Preheat the oven to 170 gr. Butter 3 20 cm molds and line with circles of parchment paper. Take out the surplus flour.
