INGREDIENTS

- – Sugar 130 g.
- – Cider 1 bottle.
- – Sugar 330 g.
- – Butter 230 g.
- – Flour 360 g.
- – Egg 1 massive.
- – Honey 240 g.
- – Milk 240 cc.
- – Bicarbonate of sodium 1 tbsp.
- – Ginger powder 1 tsp.
- – Cinnamon 2 credit.
- – Salt a pinch.
- – Additional sugar to sprinkle.
- – Crema chantillyn.
Look what this cake is! With apple, cinnamon, cider, honey and cream, scrumptious and delightful.
PROCEDURE:
1. For the apples, peel and reduce into small quarters, cook dinner with the cider till the cider is lowered.
2. Add 130 grams of sugar and cook dinner over low warmth till tender. They don’t have to be disassembled.
3. Preheat the oven to 170 levels, and butter and flour 2 20 cm molds. Line with circles of parchment paper and take away any extra flour.
4. With a mixer at medium velocity, beat the butter with the sugar till white. Add the egg, honey and at last the sifted flour with the spices and salt.
5. Divide the dough into two molds and place within the oven for half-hour. Test cooking.
6. As soon as prepared, let it cool effectively and fill every cake with the cream and apples. Sprinkle every ground with sugar on the finish.
