INGREDIENTS
- – Whites 8 pcs.
- – Lemon juice 1 drop.
- – Vanilla essence 1 cdita.
- – Impalpable sugar 65 g.
- – Flour 130 g.
- – Frequent sugar 200 g.
- Extras:
- – Milk cream 400 cc.
- – Impalpable sugar 2 tbsp.
- – Chocolate coating 200 g.
- – Pink fruits (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries).
Stunning and scrumptious ANGEL CAKE with chocolate and crimson berries to take pleasure in at house!
PROCEDURE:
1. Place the egg whites in a bowl together with the lemon drops and vanilla essence. Beat till it doubles its quantity. Add the sifted talcum sugar. Proceed beating till you get hold of a tender meringue.
2. Sift the frequent sugar along with the flour twice. Add it to the batter with a wire whisk and sweeping actions.
3. Place in a mildew with a central tube with out butter or flour.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160ºC for 35 minutes or when urgent it together with your finger doesn’t go away a mark.
5. Cool it the wrong way up. Demolding.
6. Lower in half.
7. For the filling, soften the chocolate.
8. Beat the cream with the sugar and add the melted chocolate midway, beat.
9. Fill the cake with the cream and plant some crimson fruits, place the opposite cup and end with the cream with the fruit.
