AMERICAN CHAPA ROAST

INGREDIENTS

  • – 1 Malvina lower steak (AMERICAN ROAST).
  • – Contemporary rosemary.
  • – Contemporary thyme.
  • – 1/2 head of garlic.
  • – 50 g of butter.
  • – 1 glass of whiskey.
  • – 4 items of bleached Cabutia segments.
  • – Contemporary arugula.
  • – 30 g of hydrated dried tomatoes.
  • – 50 g of walnut.
  • – 50 g of Sardinian cheese.
  • – Olive oil.
  • – Sal.
  • – Pepper.

AMERICAN GRILLED ROAST with olive, perfumed with herbs, garlic, butter and somewhat whiskey.

PROCEDURE:

  1. For the American roast, prepare dinner the roast in a sheet pan with olives and salt, fragrance with herbs and garlic within the shirt, butter and at last the whiskey.
  2. Seal the cabutia segments.
  3. Make a pesto of parsley, walnuts and garlic.
  4. Make a salad with the combo of leaves, add the dried tomatoes, season and add some strands of cheese.
  5. Serve with the roast with the wedges and the salad.
