Accordion breasts with spinach cream and salad

  • Salad:
  • Cooked lentils 300 grams
  • Celery 1 branch1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Cherrys 250 grs

  • Spinach cream:
  • Spinach 1 bunch
  • Cream cheese 1 pot
  • Queso cheddar 100 grs
  • Grated cheese 100 grams
  • Mozzarella 100 grs

For the breasts, chop them on the loin 4 or 5 instances relying on their dimension and relaxation, lined, within the marinade (place all of the substances in a bowl).

Reduce the breast in an accordion form with out reaching the bottom, cook dinner within the oven after which add the spinach cream and grated cheese and gratin

For the spinach cream, sauté the spinach in a pan with olive and let it cool. Switch to a bowl with the remainder of the substances (the cubed cheeses).

To cook dinner, place the breasts on an oiled plate and canopy with the cream. Gratinate.

For the salad, combine all of the substances in a bowl, season with orange juice, olive and orange zest, season with salt and pepper.
